Before you begin submitting your abstract 

The corresponding author must enter the following information along with the abstract:

  1. Contact data : First and last name, affiliation, affiliation country

  2. Paper Title : Full paper title for the presentation

  3. Paper Abstract : 150-250 words

Abstract Writing Guidelines

  1. The abstract should be written in English

  2. It contains research background, objective, method, results, discussion, and conclusion

  3. It has maximum 6 keywords

  4. It is written using Time News Roman font style, size 9 pt, space 1.

  5. Submit well before the submission deadline 14 April 2024

  6. Your abstract will undergo double-blind peer review and the results will be returned to you generally within two weeks.

  7. If your abstract is accepted you will be invited to register for the seminar.

  8. Upon payment of the registration fee, you will receive a confirmation email containing your official receipt.

Abstract Review Process

To ensure that the quality of papers presented at this seminar is of high standards, all submitted abstracts will undergo a rigorous peer review process. If your abstract is accepted for presentation at the seminar, a notification email will be sent to your email address with the guidelines on how to prepare full papers.

Each proposal submission will be reviewed by the scientific committee who will provide a judgment on the presentation’s suitability for the seminar. Responsibility for the content of each abstracts lies with the authors and the presentation abstracts (if accepted) will appear in the conference proceedings.

Abstract Assessment Criteria

The Scientific Committee evaluates your abstract according to following criteria:

  1. Aims/objectives clearly stated, relevance to the seminar

  2. Structure of the paper, clarity of language

  3. Appropriateness of the research/study/ methodology, discussion and conclusion

  4. Single-blind peer review process is conducted by the seminar Secretariat under the guidance of the Scientific Committee Chair/ Seminar Chair.

  5. The Scientific Committee Chair/ Seminar Chair serves as the Head of the Scientific Committee and will make the final decision on abstracts.

  6. Scientific Committee Members are established academics who hold Dr/PhD or other terminal degrees in their fields who have previous peer review experience.

  7. Every abstract will undergo a single blind peer review by an international Scientific Committee within four days after its receipt.

  8. Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within a week of submission (Conditions apply if there is an emergency).

  9. Notices of acceptance or rejection of the paper will be sent to the author’s email address. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at ….

  10. If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to presentation in the Seminar.
